By using OptiTweaks you agree to these terms. We may update them at any time.

2. Service

OptiTweaks provides kernel-level Windows optimization software.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. Each license is valid for one device.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. You may cancel any time; access continues until end of billing period.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds for periods already begun.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software.

7. Liability

Service is provided as-is. All optimizations create a System Restore Point.

8. Termination

We may terminate accounts for violations at our discretion.

1. Data Collected

Email address, Discord username/avatar/ID (if linked). No passwords stored.

2. Payment Data

All payments processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID.

3. Use of Data

Used solely to provide the service. We never sell your data.

4. Cookies

We use localStorage and cookies for session management only.

5. Retention

Account data retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of request.

1. Programme Overview

OptiTweaks operates a voluntary affiliate referral programme. Participation is free and open to all registered users.

2. Commission Rates

Affiliates earn 15% commission on each confirmed sale for their first 9 referrals, rising to 25% from their 10th referral onwards. Commission is calculated on the net sale value excluding taxes.

3. 30-Day Fraud Prevention Hold

All commissions are subject to a mandatory 30-day hold from the date of sale. This hold exists to protect against chargebacks, refund requests, and fraudulent activity. Commissions become available for withdrawal only after the 30-day period has elapsed without issue.

4. Payout Method & Minimum

Payouts are made via PayPal to the email address you register in your affiliate dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is £10. Payouts are processed manually within 5 business days of a valid withdrawal request.

5. Tax Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for declaring all affiliate earnings to HMRC (or the relevant tax authority in your country) and for paying any income tax, National Insurance, or other taxes due. OptiTweaks does not withhold tax and will not provide tax advice. If your total affiliate income in a tax year exceeds £1,000, you are required to register as self-employed and submit a Self Assessment return.

6. Prohibited Activities

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions. Cookie stuffing, misleading advertising, spam, and any fraudulent activity are prohibited.

7. Termination

OptiTweaks reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts and withhold pending commissions where fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms are detected.

8. Changes

We may update commission rates or terms at any time with 30 days' notice to active affiliates.
